Having gone through the same stuff when I was at their AR and character levels/builds averaged to their AR/World levels I do know not being able to complete them because you can't hit them hard enough sucks. I do wish the Trails of Tianqiu is coop-able though. At least the combat part of it.
I feel like joining low ar worlds is the most fun i ever had in co op. so i recently started joining newer players and helping them in any way i can, and when they ultimately ask me about damage etc. i tell them what they can do to do more damage with characters they want to play/want to have. it feels very satisfying to help new players.
